Coley Company is partnering with an established textile manufacturer in Anderson, SC, to identify a hands-on Director of Quality to lead and oversee its quality management systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment, taking ownership of quality processes, and making a direct impact on operations.
This position offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to take full ownership of the company’s ISO compliance and overall quality systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage ISO certification requirements, quality management systems, and compliance processes.
• Maintain and improve quality procedures, documentation, and standards.
• Lead internal and external quality audits, ensuring ongoing compliance and audit readiness.
• Partner closely with operations and leadership to maintain a strong culture of quality and accountability.
• Take a hands-on approach to quality management in a small manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Quality experience within textile manufacturing or a related manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience with ISO standards, audits, and quality management systems required.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and improving quality processes and procedures.
• Strong understanding of root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working in a small manufacturing environment where responsibilities are broad and hands-on.
