We typically recommend one or two qualified candidates for your opening, ensuring they have the skills and are interested in your company. We conduct thorough background investigations and calling candidates’ references from their previous 10 years of work experience before an offer is made. This contingency model offers zero risk to you with no payment due upfront. Payment is not due until the candidate starts work.

Engaged Search
Our retained search services are the best option when you need to clearly understand all the talent available within targeted companies and ensure you are hiring the best person. This is a priority search that requires the highest level of confidentiality and market intelligence. This model optimizes our resources to deliver you the fastest and most premium service possible. We will target specific companies and share with you who is interested in making a change. We share your brand story and career opportunities with the market – competitors, customers, and suppliers. At the completion of our search process, you will have an overview of all available talent in your industry niche. An engagement fee is paid at the beginning of this search process, launching a true partnership. The fee balance is due once the candidate begins work.
