Ross Coley serves as President, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role. He has been recruiting since 2016 and is highly skilled at finding the right person for search assignments. He goes above and beyond to identify our client company's needs.Ross has a proven track record of successful recruiting for companies in the textile, apparel, and nonwoven industries. His expertise and dedication ensure that our clients receive the best possible candidates for their unique requirements.

Ross earned a Bachelor's degree from Appalachian State University. He and his wife, Brooke, are proud parents to two boys, James and Davis, and a Goldendoodle named Ellie. Beyond his professional life, Ross enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, hiking, golfing, & cheering on the Mountaineers!

Denise Elliott Davis has worked in executive search for the apparel, textile, and nonwoven industries for over 20 years. She helped launch the successful start of Coley Company in 2010, and her industry expertise has led to the company’s success ever since. Prior to the start of Coley Company, Denise and Doug Coley worked together as recruiters for Adkins & Associates.

Denise's history with textiles goes all the way back to her childhood. She grew up around the textile and furniture industry because her Dad was a pioneer and leader in the industry for 40 years. She has lived and breathed textiles her entire life and is well-versed in the innovative technology used in today’s industry. Targeting client competitors and finding the best candidate for the position is what she excels in. With over 20 years of success, Denise has placed or connected with almost every apparel, textile, and nonwoven industry leader.

Denise’s love for the textile industry transcends her profession. She puts her creativity and artistic abilities to use by working on landscaping and interior design projects at her home in Virginia. She loves spending time outdoors with her family, friends, and her beloved shih-tzus, "Sissy and Baby." She received her Certified Personel Consultant, CPC, accreditation in 2021.

With more than 25 years of executive search experience, Doug Coley began Coley Company in June of 2010. Located in Greensboro, NC, Coley Company is focused on apparel, textiles and nonwovens.

Doug received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Appalachian State University. He began his professional career in the textile industry by serving in manufacturing management with Milliken and Company in Pendleton, SC. After working for seven years with Milliken, Doug moved to Greensboro and served as Senior Vice President of Adkins & Associates, an executive search firm. He remained with Adkins & Associates until the start of Coley Company.

Since 1997, Doug served as a member of the Pinnacle Society for 28 years. Pinnacle is a premier consortium of top recruiters within the permanent placement and search industries. The Pinnacle Society provides the nation’s top recruiters a forum to exchange business principles and placement techniques that lead them to achieve and maintain success.

Landis is a Senior Executive Recruiter at Coley Company, drawing on her background in Human Resources with a specialization in recruiting and employee relations.

With deep roots in the textile industry spanning three generations, Landis maintains strong connections within both the textile and nonwoven sectors. Her technical knowledge allows her to expertly match her clients with top industry leaders.

Landis holds dual degrees from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, earning a bachelor's degree in communications studies in 2017, followed by a Master's in Business Administration in 2023. Landis also earned her Certified Personnel Consultant, CPC, accreditation in 2021. The CPC certification is the most recognized in the industry and showcases her dedication to employment regulations and recruiting methods.

Outside of work, Landis's competitive spirit extends to her hobbies—she is an avid equestrian who enjoys showing horses. She also treasures spending time with her husband, Cole, and their cherished Labrador, Beau.

Sarah Beth joined the Coley Company team in 2023. She came from an educational background with Pittsylvania County Schools, where she was a special education teacher. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Communications from Radford University in 2020, where she was actively involved in Sigma Sigma Sigma sorority.

At Coley Company, Sarah Beth is known for her exceptional ability to foster meaningful relationships with candidates, providing them with personalized guidance and support throughout their career journey. She focuses on thorough communication and educating candidates about various opportunities to ensure they make informed decisions.

Beyond her professional life, Sarah Beth cherishes spending time outdoors with her loved ones, whether it's enjoying the lake or camping trips. Sarah Beth is dedicated to career, family, and friends, and she works hard to make a positive impact on everyone she meets."

Sarah Kathryn Sullivan joined the Coley Company team in 2021. She enjoys identifying what candidates are most passionate about doing in their work every day. Listening to their goals and motivation for change enables her to align candidates with the right new opportunity that will achieve their career goals. Sarah Kathryn also enjoys building relationships with client companies and serving as an extension of their team to identify and recruit the technical talent they need.

With a background in Higher Education Philanthropy, Sarah Kathryn came to Coley Company from the Weatherspoon Art Museum on the campus of UNC Greensboro, where she served as Director of Development. Sarah Kathryn received a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from Appalachian State University in 2011. She enjoys spending time with friends, family, and two daughters, Coley and Molly.

Nancy Coley helped launch Coley Company alongside Doug and Denise in 2010. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics Education from Appalachian State University. Upon graduation, she became a Home Economics teacher at Pendleton High School. After teaching for seven years, Nancy became a stay-at-home mom until receiving her real estate license in 2003. She worked as a real estate agent for Allen Tate Realtors until 2010, when she joined Coley Company. Nancy is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Greensboro and an active member in her local church. Nancy resides in Greensboro with her husband, Doug. Nancy is most proud of being "Nana" to four precious grandchildren.
