Sarah Kathryn Sullivan joined the Coley Company team in 2021. She enjoys identifying what candidates are most passionate about doing in their work every day. Listening to their goals and motivation for change enables her to align candidates with the right new opportunity that will achieve their career goals. Sarah Kathryn also enjoys building relationships with client companies and serving as an extension of their team to identify and recruit the technical talent they need.

With a background in Higher Education Philanthropy, Sarah Kathryn came to Coley Company from the Weatherspoon Art Museum on the campus of UNC Greensboro, where she served as Director of Development. Sarah Kathryn received a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from Appalachian State University in 2011. She enjoys spending time with friends, family, and two daughters, Coley and Molly.
