With more than 25 years of executive search experience, Doug Coley began Coley Company in June of 2010. Located in Greensboro, NC, Coley Company is focused on apparel, textiles and nonwovens.

Doug received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Appalachian State University. He began his professional career in the textile industry by serving in manufacturing management with Milliken and Company in Pendleton, SC. After working for seven years with Milliken, Doug moved to Greensboro and served as Senior Vice President of Adkins & Associates, an executive search firm. He remained with Adkins & Associates until the start of Coley Company.

Since 1997, Doug served as a member of the Pinnacle Society for 28 years. Pinnacle is a premier consortium of top recruiters within the permanent placement and search industries.
