This hands-on role requires knowledge of warp knit and/or circular knit processes, as well as experience with threading machines and pattern wheels. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain warp knitting machines.
- Work with pattern wheels and threading machines to produce high-quality military products.
- Ensure efficiency and precision in the knitting process, adhering to military specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any machine or production issues that arise.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize processes and improve quality.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with warp knit or circular knit processes.
- Strong understanding of knitting machine operations and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with pattern wheels and threading machines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
