Senior Sales Manager – Nonwoven Filtration (Rolled Goods)
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

Their filtration division is a key strategic focus, providing high-performance rolled goods for air, liquid, and industrial filtration applications. As Senior Sales Manager – Filtration, you will lead commercial development in the filtration market across North America, with a focus on rolled nonwoven materials. This high-visibility role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing strategic customer accounts, and driving revenue growth in line with global sales strategy.
You will work cross-functionally with product development, technical service, and marketing teams, and report directly to the VP of Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting OEMs, converters, and end users in the filtration industry
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company capabilities
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities for nonwoven rolled goods
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial strategy
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings (~50% travel)
Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience in nonwovens, technical textiles, or filtration markets
- Deep understanding of filtration/nonwovens applications
- Proven success in selling technical products and managing long sales cycles
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
