Operations Manager – Manufacturing
We are seeking a proven manufacturing leader to serve as Operations Manager, leading a large 24/7 manufacturing site. You will provide strategic leadership and coaching to employees while driving continuous improvement in process reliability, product quality, and operating cost efficiency. This is a highly visible role with tremendous growth opportunities to move into a multi-site manufacturing leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coach teams for maximum engagement and performance while ensuring the right staffing, resources, and training are in place.
- Drive change and continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable results.
- Champion EH&S efforts, building a culture of safety and sustainability.
- Lead a union plant operation
- Build a healthy team culture rooted in collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
Requirements:
- 10+ years leading large multi-shift manufacturing teams
- Proven ability to drive change, deliver results, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership with a balance of strategic vision and floor presence.
