Industry-leader in the industrial textile space is looking for a Sourcing Manager to join their team! In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert of textiles and partner with the sales team to ensure that materials are aligned with the customer’s needs. You will communicate with suppliers and manage long-standing relationships with them. You will also negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing cost reduction opportunities and measures.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 5 years’ experience in global textile sourcing
• Experience sourcing with partners in Asia
• Bachelor’s degree required- preferably in textile engineering, textile technology, or textile chemistry
• Ability to travel domestically each quarter and international travel once a year
