Sales Manager – Industrial Accounts

Location: Texas (Dallas/Fort Worth/Houston)

We are working with a well-established U.S. manufacturing company that is seeking a Sales Manager to join their growing team and cover the Dallas, Fort Worth, and Houston markets. This is a high-potential territory with a mix of established accounts and strong opportunities for growth across multiple industries.

You’ll report directly to the Director of Sales and be responsible for managing existing relationships while scaling the territory through new business development.

This role focuses on selling products to industrial customers serving a diverse range of markets. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team, product development, and manufacturing to support territory strategy and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow current accounts in Dallas, Fort Worth, and Houston
  • Develop new business opportunities across multiple market categories
  • Visit customers regularly and maintain strong relationships
  • Work cross-functionally with the marketing team to align sales and outreach strategies
  • Provide feedback from the field to support product and market development

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in B2B or industrial sales
  • Strong account management and territory development skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed and 8-10 week long trips a year.
  • Self-motivated, with a drive to grow sales and scale up new accounts
