Production Manager – Managing Multiple Shifts 
Location: Kentucky 

We are working with a well-established consumer goods manufacturing company to help them add a new Production Manager to the team. 

In this position, you will manage three shifts and grow and develop a positive work culture. Your responsibilities will include driving process improvements, ensuring high-quality standards, and developing strategies to enhance production output. You’ll report directly to the VP of Operations and play a crucial role in shaping the team and operational processes.
