Process Engineer – Rhode Island

We’re assisting a global leader in engineered nonwoven products in finding a new Process Engineer, specifically with expertise in carding and needle punch processes. This role is highly visible within the organization, with responsibilities that include leading process improvements, driving quality enhancements, and increasing output. You’ll be reporting to one of the company’s owners. He is one of the technical experts in the organization. He will be retiring 3-5 years from now and wants to transfer his knowledge to this position. This is a great opportunity to grow into one of the technical experts in the organization. Must-Have:

  • 5-10+ years of hands-on experience with Process or product development experience with Needlepunch nonwoven manufacturing, including carding. 
  • Be onsite 5 days a week.
