Senior Process Engineer

We are partnering with a privately owned company in the textile industry to find a Senior Process Engineer. This role is a perfect fit for a dynamic, hands-on individual with strong leadership skills and a background in manufacturing—specifically within textiles, glass or automotive industries. The Senior Process Engineer will collaborate closely with both the maintenance and engineering departments, leading cross-functional project teams, and maintaining ISO controls.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering department initiatives to enhance quality and process improvement.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of ISO controls.
• Work directly with customers and internal teams to address quality issues and implement root cause analysis.
• Work closely with small team, focusing on developing their technical skills in quality and process management.
• Collaborate with operators and other teams on the floor to drive continuous improvement.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to ensure successful project execution and resolve any operational issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred. Associates will be considered.
• Experience in manufacturing, ideally within the textile, glass or automotive sectors.
• Strong background in quality processes, root cause analysis, and cross-functional team management.
• High-energy, self-starter with the ability to work hands-on and thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage both the engineering team and customer relationships.
