A growing textile manufacturer in Matthews, NC, is looking for a Plant Manager for their operation. This company provides value added services for other textile companies internationally. In this role, you will revamp the existing SOPs to meet the increased demand for their products. You will lead efforts to improve efficiencies within the plant in various departments and update and revise the preventative maintenance schedule. You will report to the company’s owner and manage three direct reports and approximately 70 employees indirectly. Requirements:

• Warping, creeling, weaving experience is a plus!
• Prior experience leading a production staff or managing a plant.
• Proven ability to increase production efficiencies
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement
