Operations Excellence Associate

Responsibilities

• Support production and manufacturing improvement projects.
• Assist with production planning, reporting, and operational analysis.
• Coordinate compliance initiatives and process documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement projects across manufacturing.
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for increased efficiency.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, and leadership teams.
• Utilize Excel and reporting tools to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred in textiles
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze and organize data.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Desire to learn, take on new challenges, and grow within an organization.
