Facilities Maintenace Manager

  • Lead maintenance and facility team to support a 780,000 sq.ft manufacturing site.
  • Develop and implement CMMS for plant site.
  • Develop a Preventative Maintenance system
  • Develop and implement improved plant maintenance processes to ensure maximum machinery run time.
  • Lead 3 Maintenance Managers and mechanical and electrical technicians

Job Requirements:

  • Must have 5+ years experience leading a maintenance team within a fast paced manufacturing site.
  • BS degree or equivalent plant maintenance management work experience required.
  • Must be action oriented leader with solid maintenance engineering management experience.
