We’re seeking an experienced Embroidery Manager for a fast-growing company specializing in apparel decoration. This is a new role where you will lead a team of 10 direct reports, with opportunities to scale up production. You’ll have significant autonomy in managing and optimizing embroidery production to drive quality and efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of 10 embroidery staff
- Oversee embroidery production, ensuring high quality and timely output
- Scale operations and grow the team as needed
- Troubleshoot and maintain embroidery machines and equipment
- Train and develop team members to improve skills and productivity
- Work cross-functionally to meet production goals
Qualifications:
- 10 years of proven experience in embroidery production and team management
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to grow and optimize production
- Experience with machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Detail-oriented and results-driven
