We are partnering with a fast-growing, family-owned apparel manufacturer specializing in premium screen-printed products. Known for producing high-end apparel with complex designs (often 10–15 colors per piece), this company has built a reputation for quality, innovation, and service.
With 25% year-over-year growth, the organization is investing heavily in its operations and is seeking a Director of Operations to support and scale its continued success.
As Director of Operations, you will play a critical leadership role and report directly to the Owner. You’ll oversee day-to-day production, implement operational improvements, and ensure product quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. This is a high-impact opportunity for a proven operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage production operations in a high-volume apparel screen-printing facility.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Partner with the leadership team to execute the company’s growth strategy.
- Coach and develop team members to ensure strong performance and career growth.
- Maintain a culture of accountability, safety, and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Proven operations leadership experience, ideally in apparel, textiles, printing, or related manufacturing.
- Strong track record of improving process reliability, product quality, and cost efficiency.
- Experience managing teams in a high-volume production environment.
- Ability to thrive in a family-owned, entrepreneurial setting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
