We’re partnering with a well-established company in the technical textile and fiber industry to find an experienced Account Manager. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strong sales with deep technical knowledge of performance fabrics, industrial fibers, or related materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts in assigned markets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across targeted industries
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, production, and R&D) to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Understand and communicate the technical aspects of products to customers
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
- Track industry trends and customer needs to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in account management or technical sales
- Background in technical textiles, fibers, or industrial materials
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel as needed to visit clients and attend industry events
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, etc.)
