• Present multiple opportunities: Since we are niched in the textile, apparel, and nonwoven product industries, you can consider multiple opportunities with us. When you speak with one of our recruiters, we want to know what you are genuinely wanting to find in a career change. Since we work on many different roles in this industry, knowing your true motivations for change allows us to fit you with the best job for you.
• Share advice: There may be a company or sector of the textile, apparel, or nonwoven industry that you have never considered. We can share ideas of target companies where you may want to consider working. We take the time to listen to what’s going on in your current role and what you are looking to find in a new job and share our feedback on the best next step. Sometimes, the right move is not to make a career change but to talk with your supervisor and discuss what’s missing in your current position.
• Introduce you to clients: If you are a fit for a client we are working with, we will let you know, describe the opportunity, and share your resume. A personal connection can help open new doors.
• Prepare for interviews: We are in the business of preparing people for interviews. We could talk for days about interview tips and tricks, but our most important tip is to build a strategy for the interview. When we prepare a candidate for an interview, we discuss who you are meeting, their personalities, what they want to accomplish with this hire, and any concerns they may have. We then equip you with the right questions to determine your feelings about the opportunity.
• We want to build a lifelong relationship with you: We are in this with you for the long haul. We have friends in the textile industry that we have known for 30+ years. Many of the candidates we place later become clients. Finding a new job is not easy, and we want to help you throughout your entire career. Most importantly, we want to help you do the right thing.
