We’re working with a manufacturer in the geosynthetic market to identify a Production Manager for their Gainesville, GA facility. This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity with a privately held manufacturer where you can make an immediate impact and grow into upper management. This role will play a key part in driving plant performance today while helping position the business for future growth, including expansion into automotive and filtration markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop plant personnel
- Drive daily production performance and continuous improvement
- Train and mentor team members across shifts
- Support a 24/7 operation (on-call as needed)
Requirements:
- Fiber extrusion experience (required)
- Background in staple fiber and polypropylene processing
- Experience in continuous manufacturing environments
- Strong leadership, training, and team development skills
