Join a global technical textile manufacturer with over 50 years of combined industry success. We are seeking a hands-on Plant Manager to lead a two-shift manufacturing operation producing technical textiles used in a variety of industrial applications.
This is a highly visible leadership role with a clear path to advancement, including progression into a General Manager role and, ultimately, leadership of all U.S. operations.
Job Details:
- Provide overall leadership, direction, and accountability for daily plant operations.
- Lead and develop production, maintenance, and quality, across two shifts.
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
- Report to the General Manager who leads all US Operations
- With success, you can advance into the General Manager position and eventually lead all US Operations
- Onsite position in Richmond, VA – relocation assistance provided
Job Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Must be willing to relocate to Richmond, VA
- Must be onsite at the plant everyday
