A privately owned, global manufacturer in the Textile and Nonwoven industry is seeking an experienced Controller to join its executive leadership team. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CFO, with visibility across the organization and influence on strategic growth initiatives.
The Controller will partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive financial performance, improve manufacturing cost controls, and support long-term business strategy. Requirements:
- 5+ years of Controller experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in cost accounting and manufacturing finance
- Ability to work onsite in Exeter, NH
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
