Quality Engineer

We’re partnering with a well-established, privately owned manufacturing company to find a Quality Engineer to join their growing team. This company operates in a hands-on, industrial setting and offers a strong culture built on collaboration, integrity, and long-term employee development.
As a Quality Engineer, you’ll work closely with the Quality Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, improve processes, and maintain compliance with internal and external standards. This is a highly visible position with excellent opportunities for growth across different areas of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day quality activities on the manufacturing floor
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Assist in maintaining and improving quality systems and documentation
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and customer requirements
Requirements:
- Background in industrial manufacturing quality
- Hands-on experience in a production environment textiles, paper, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively
- A self-starter who’s eager to learn and grow within the organization
