Director of Supply Chain- Textiles

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
An industry-leading textile company is seeking a Supply Chain Director to lead its supply chain department. In this role, you would lead the strategic direction of the supply chain team to ensure a seamless supply chain. You would manage a team of 8 associates. You would lead efforts to provide a secure partnership with new suppliers that can meet the quality requirements for customer products. You will be responsible for overseeing the company’s regulatory compliance across all areas. In this role, you will also serve as the primary point of contact for customer and supplier inquiries. You would work closely with the sourcing manager to support them in identifying the best suppliers for new product developments for customers.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of managing a supply chain team
- Ability to travel to the office at least once a month
- A bachelor’s degree is required
- APICS certification is highly preferred
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Proficient in ERP platforms
