Location: North of Charlotte, NC
We are looking for a quality manager to join a 100+ year-old company with excellent stability. This role would report to the COO and manage all of the quality in the plants. This growing company is located north of Charlotte, NC, and relocation assistance is available.
In this role, you would be responsible for ensuring the quality of their production processes and maintaining compliance with industry standards. You would also manage others and ensure that all quality metrics are correct.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of quality experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Some management experience
- Must have good Excel skills. Good with systems.
- Can they make decisions quickly to solve problems
- Hands-on
